Jjaro
Ancient, transcendent precursors. Uplifters of the S'pht. Left behind stations across the galaxy.
Description
The Jjaro are an ancient species of immense technological and spiritual advancement who appear to have transcended physical existence long before the events of the trilogy. They uplifted the S'pht and seeded the galaxy with vast technological artifacts — including the station and the weapons capable of containing the W'rkncacnter. Their technology is entirely beyond human understanding. Durandal spends seventeen years studying their artifacts on Lh'owon and ultimately uses the station to achieve a form of transcendence similar to what the Jjaro themselves achieved.
